CoNISMa is Partner of the Thematic Community project, which is a key component of the Natural Heritage Mission. This mission is dedicated to tackling the pressing challenge of protecting, restoring, and enhancing natural resources.
The Natural Heritage Mission includes two governance projects: the Thematic Community and Institutional Dialogue projects. These initiatives build upon the foundations established by the ‘Mediterranean Biodiversity Protection Community’ and the ‘Blue Growth’ Interreg Med projects. Partners are collaborating closely to leverage the knowledge and results generated from these previous initiatives, transferring insights to other contexts and integrating them into effective policies.
The Thematic Community project will provide an opportunity to value the lessons learned and make use of the valuable outcomes. It will benefit from the coordination efforts of the Institutional Dialogue project.
