- Independent Evaluation Body (OIV)
The organization’s governance structure and bylaws do not provide for an OIV or any other body with similar functions. The oversight body that performs the functions of an OIV is the Officer for Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT).
The Agency has appointed Dr. Antonio Capone as the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Officer (RPCT), pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 7, of Law 190/2012, effective July 10, 2017: Executive Board Resolution No. 57 of July 10, 2017

– Administrative Oversight Body
This body is the Board of Auditors: an independent body appointed by a specific decree of the Ministry of Universities and Research, whose members are officials and executives designated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Education, and the MUR itself.
