NOTICE OF 21.09.2017: SELC SOCIETÀ COOP., VENICE WAS AWARDED THE SERVICE IN QUESTION, BASED ON THE RESULTS OF 20 SEPTEMBER OF THE SPECIAL EVALUATION COMMITTEE.

OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE URGENT CONTRACTING OF SERVICES FOR FIELD ACTIVITIES AT SEA FOR CoNISMA.

With this open procedure, Conisma intends to urgently contract services for field activities at sea at its own expense ad horas.

The “economic operator” referred to in Article 3 of Legislative Decree 50-2016 must provide a motorboat equipped for a minimum of 3 (three) working days (to be defined within an availability window indicated by the operator based on weather conditions) in the area between Silvi Marina and Roseto degli Abruzzi for macrozoobenthos sampling on seabeds not deeper than 10 m.

The motorboat must be equipped with:

• a winch and a crane or hoist with a pulley block at least 2 m above the deck in order to operate with a 17 dm3/0.1 m2 Van Veen grab;
• deck space to sieve the collected material;
• the capacity to accommodate at least 4 operators on board for operations, with the possibility of boarding/disembarking such operators in the area between S. Benedetto del Tronto and Pescara.

Base offer price: € 1,300.00 (one thousand three hundred/zero zero) plus VAT at the statutory rate as the daily usage cost, including all costs borne by the service provider.

The bidder must submit an offer in euros (in figures and in words), excluding VAT, as a daily usage cost to be calculated for a maximum of 3 working days and must also specify the cost, excluding VAT, for any additional days of use due to contingent needs.

The offer, drawn up on headed paper and signed by the economic operator, must be sent in .pdf format by e-mail to capone@conisma.it by midnight on Friday, 28 October 2016.

NOTICE OF SALE BY AUCTION

Conisma, as part of an extraordinary asset disposal procedure, is auctioning the following vehicle owned by it:
FIAT vehicle, "Doblò" model, registered on 02/08/2002, 1.9 jtd engine (power 74 kW - Euro 3), registration number CB389ZZ.

The above-mentioned vehicle, currently located at the Conisma Local Research Unit of the University of Messina, may be viewed by appointment with the Consortium by sending a certified e-mail to conismapec@conisma.it.

The vehicle is sold as seen and will be made available to the purchaser in the same condition at its current location. The purchaser may not request from Conisma any reimbursement for logistical or other expenses required for collection of the vehicle. Ownership transfer costs shall be borne by the purchaser. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AUCTION:
I. The irrevocable purchase offer must be sent in a sealed envelope to Conisma, Piazzale Flaminio 32, by the deadline set at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 29 January 2016.

II. The envelope containing the offer must show on the outside:
a) the sender's name;
b) the wording "Offer - DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE";
c) the wording "FIAT vehicle sale".

III. The offer must indicate the total purchase price offered, expressed in figures and in words, signed in original by the bidder and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document of the signatory. The offer must also clearly indicate:
the bidder's name, surname and address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Competitors shall be excluded if they:
– submit the offer after the deadline specified in point I) above.
– submit multiple, partial and/or conditional offers.
– do not clearly indicate the personal identification data referred to in point III).

CALAFURIA motorboat model 7.50 Spartivento named “Calabria”; owned by Conisma; launched in 2001 by Cantieri Catarsi of Cecina (LI); registered under no. LI 1071 in the registers of minor vessels of the Livorno Harbour Master's Office; length 7.40 m, maximum beam 3.05 m, gross tonnage 5.04 t, 2 inboard diesel engines (103×2) with serial numbers 06A47826 and 06A47833.

The above-mentioned motor sailer was awarded to “CONSORZIO GIGLIO” at the price of € 37,000.00 (thirty-seven thousand/00) plus VAT following a resolution of the CoNISMa Board of Directors of 6 October 2012.
